The role:

We are looking for an experienced Senior Design Consultant, with proven sales ability, to join our successful design team in our Bath showroom. You will be an integral part of the team, engaging with residential clients, architects and property developers to deliver high-end kitchen, bathroom and interior design.

The role would ideally suit someone who enjoys the freedom to design and the responsibility of taking a project from conception to completion. Our designers are creative, motivated people, capable of working individually as well as in a group. Ultimately we are looking for a candidate that aspires to create contemporary spaces and is keen to progress their career with a successful company that prides itself upon delivering the very best customer service.

About you:

You will have exceptional design skills, and strong experience gained working in associated industry sectors for a minimum of 4 years. You will have relevant experience of briefing and client liaison, concept design development, sales, technical M&E production and implementation through to on-site experience and post-completion review. You will have excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook), a working knowledge of Vectorworks would be an advantage but training will be provided if necessary.

We place great value on teamwork and collaboration, so you will need to demonstrate a strong team working ethos. You will be able to work effectively with people at all levels, from all backgrounds and have excellent communication skills, both verbally and in writing.
