Gaggenau Kitchen Workshop, Bath

On Thursday 12th May Hobson's Choice, Bath hosted an evening of hands-on cooking with Gaggenau. All of the team would like to say a big thank you to everyone who came along and made it such a great event.

Working in our bulthaup b3 demonstration kitchen and supported by assistants from the audience, Home Economist, Helen Buxton-Smith prepared a number of delicious dishes including Rustic Style Pizza and Harissa Prawns.

The alpine white laminate and rough sawn oak b3 kitchen is equipped with a variety of Gaggenau appliances, which Helen utilised during her talk. Beef Satay skewers were cooked on the Tepan Yaki, Salmon Brioche in the Combination Steam Oven and Double Chocolate Chip and Ginger Cookies in the Oven.

As each dish was created ‘from scratch’ we projected a live, close-up video feed onto a nearby wall to ensure everyone could see what was going on and be part of the demonstration.
