The Brief

The showroom display is designed to showcase a modern home office arrangement, providing a calm and inspiring area that helps the user concentrate and spark creativity. It also addresses the challenge of integrating a practical workspace into the home without compromising on contemporary style, offering a perfect blend of functionality and elegance.

The Design

The design uses the Rimadesio Modular wall-panel system to create a luxurious backdrop for positioning the minimal Self Plan writing desk with drawer storage and illuminated Eos shelves.

Bespoke Contemporary Furniture

Each piece of Rimadesio furniture in the home office display is bespoke, crafted to perfectly fit the intended interior space and user requirements.

Made from aluminium and finished in a range of subtle tones, the Self Plan writing desk features a synthetic leather top with precise stitching along the edges. Behind the desk, a cable management system keeps leads organised and easily accessible.

The drawer unit complements the desk's design, with slim aluminium edges and clean glass panel fronts. The drawer interiors are lined with the same synthetic leather as the desktop.

The wall-panelling system, named Modular, provides a strong, adaptable aluminium structure on which panels are mounted and furniture positioned.

Discreet LED lighting enables homeowners to illuminate their room with a soft ambient glow—perfect for creating a relaxing atmosphere.

The panels themselves can be finished in a wide range of high-quality materials. The display features dark, ridged oak veneer panels, adding the warmth and natural beauty of wood. Other finish options include fabrics, ceramics, glass, and various types of wood.
